A woman who is menstruating may do all acts of worship apart from praying, fasting, circumambulating the Ka’bah, doing i’tikaaf in the mosque and etc. She can do dhikr, pray for forgiveness, make dua' to Allaah, do dawa to others, seek Islamic knowledge, and more. Sisters, we don't have to stop worshiping due to menstruation.
